This best-of selection condenses the three years of Miki Matsubara's career, during which she consistently produced hits since her debut.

Released in 1983 as Miki Matsubara's first best-of album. The first track on side A, "Paradise Beach (Sophie's Theme)," was produced by Takashi Matsumoto and Haruomi Hosono and used in a TV commercial featuring French actress Sophie Marceau.
This light and elegant song was included on this album after being released as a single.
In addition, the album includes five singles, such as "Mayonaka no Door ~stay with me~," which became synonymous with city pop, and "Neat na Gogo 3-ji," a Shiseido commercial song, as well as "Halation," a Latin-influenced track composed by Miki Matsubara
herself.
