Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days from order. Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Pre-Orders

Any orders including a pre order will be shipped in full once all titles are available and will be shipped as close to the release date as possible.

If you would like any in stock items shipping ahead please let us know and we can organise this at an additional postage fee.

Customs & Duties

Any orders being delivered outside the UK may be subject to customs and duties charges stipulated by your local authorities. Due to the value of vinyl being low, these are usually minimal. We are not able to cover these charges on your behalf.

Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item please follow the instructions below.

Return Conditions

• Returns must be made within 14 days.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
• Email us at hello@realgrooverecords.co.uk to initiate a return.
  

Any special orders are not subject to our standard returns policy and cannot be cancelled/returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment usually within 5 working days.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping, even if the original order qualified for free shipping. If a refund is required, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Cancellations

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, you can do so, so long as your order has not yet been dispatched.

Free Shipping When You Spend £50 or more Promotion - Terms & Conditions

1. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the free shipping offer at any time without prior notice.

Qualifying for Free Shipping

2. Free standard shipping is available on individual orders with a subtotal of £50 or more (after discounts and before taxes/shipping fees).

3. This offer applies to each order independently. To qualify, the £50 threshold must be met within a single transaction.

4. Multiple orders placed separately cannot be combined to meet the £50 threshold or to consolidate shipping costs.

5. Once an order is placed, items cannot be added to it. If you wish to purchase additional items, a new order must be created, and standard shipping rates will apply unless that specific order exceeds £50.

6. If a return results in the original order value falling below £50, the original saved shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

7. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.

Order Changes & Cancellations

8. If an item from a qualifying "Free Shipping" order is cancelled (either by the customer or due to stock unavailability) and the new order total falls below £50, the free shipping offer is voided.

9. In the event of the above, a standard shipping fee must be paid before the remaining items in the order are released for dispatch.

Pre-Orders & Partial Shipments

10. We operate a "Ship-Complete" policy. If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order will be held until all items are available.

11. If you require in-stock items to be sent immediately, please purchase them in a separate transaction. We cannot manually split orders after they have been placed to accommodate earlier shipping for a portion of the items.

12. Prices are subject to change. We do not offer price matching or retrospective refunds if an item goes on sale after your order has been placed and confirmed.
