To celebrate National Album Day and the 2026 theme of ‘Icons’, Demon Records are proud to present the reissue of Mr. Love Pants, the 1998 album by Ian Dury and the Blockheads on coloured vinyl for the first time ever, only previously available on black vinyl once before and out of print for over 10 years

Seen by many as the true successor to ‘New Boots and Panties!!’, Mr. Love Pants was sadly to be the final studio album from Ian Dury before his death in 2000 but in a building of relations, it was also the first studio album with the Blockheads for 17 years and featured the remaining band Chaz Jankel, Norman Watt-Roy, John Turnbull, Micky Gallagher, Davey Payne and now Steven Monti on drums after the sad passing of Charley Charles.
