This is the masterpiece third album recorded in 1979 by the world renowned pianist Fumio Itabashi. At the time, he was leading his own group while also performing with ensembles led by Takeo Moriyama and Terumasa Hino, and that creative peak is captured here in breath-taking form. His powerful touch brings forth melodies overflowing with emotion sometimes like raindrops, sometimes like a raging storm shaking both the ears and hearts of listeners.
