The best things in life may be free, but childhood and corporate entertainment products are completely intertwined.  The obsession with advertising and consumer technology informs the sonic make-up of the music as a source of raw material out of which the foundations of the tracks were built. Speaking on this impetus for the album Robbie Chater says “\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e“It seems to be bound up with the nature of sampling itself. Once we start digging through forgotten sounds and uncovering their meaning, almost inevitably you get sent down a path of discovery.  Every forgotten sound opens another door. And that’s what I love - feeling like a kid again.
